It's December...

and all I want to do is drink large amounts of hot cocoa under a warm, fuzzy blanket and watch a little snow fall outside my window. I wanna be lazy all day and not worry about anything and with the work schedule I have this month that may be very possible.

This year has flown by so fast, I don't know where the time went. So much has changed and continues to change. Some things have worked out the way they were planned, other not so much. However, with any luck the things that haven't gone so right will work themselves out. Cross my fingers that they do. This year wasn't all good, but I wouldn't trade the experiences I've had for anything in the world. Well, except for the winning powerball numbers.

Over the year, as we do in life, I've come to realize more and more who my real friends are and that they are the people who make my life a little bit brighter each day. I've made some new friends and have reconnected with old ones this year. I can't help but wonder what was going on in our lives that we could lose touch so easily. However, I am glad for the reconnection and the new connections. I'm sure somewhere down the line this year that I promised dinner or drinks or coffee to a few of you and I assure that one day it will happen...when my life calms down...

I'm feeling a little bit sappy right now and I'm gonna stop before a few of you panic. And before I get out of hand. Just know this, I appreciate all of you who have made a difference in my life more than I could ever say.
